Pasta with mushrooms, peppers and feta

It's time again for a good portion of pasta.

I discovered this great combination of mushrooms and thyme with Ann-Katrin in her blog Penne in the pot and I fell in love immediately. And I have to say - it tastes great! Thyme fits perfectly and gives the noodles with mushrooms the great spicy touch.

Penne in the pot is one of my favorite cooking blogs. I look over here every day and am really excited about so much cooking creativity.Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, dice the pepper into small pieces. Finely chop the garlic clove and thyme.

  • Heat the olive oil in a pan and the mushrooms sauté for a few minutes with the paprika and garlic. Then add the pasta and the thyme and season with salt and pepper.
  • Then the Add the feta cheese and a dash of olive oil to the noodles and mix well.
  • Enjoy it!
