Now it is my little sweetheart already 6 weeks old - the time as a small family passes really fast. And while Tom is sleeping peacefully on my arm, there's a recipe for stuffed peppers with lentils and goat cheese .

Stuffed peppers - made fast and really tasty

I love stuffed peppers! For me, there are the colorful vegetables often with the classic minced meat and tomato filling. For some variety on the plate I've now but sometimes dared to a new filling - Stuffed peppers with lentils and goat cheese . I can tell you - it was so delicious!

The beautiful red and yellow striped pepper is by the way the new variety Enjoya . It tastes sweet and aromatic and just looks great! It is now also available in selected markets.

It only took me ten minutes to fill the peppers. Perfect, right? I have always been a friend of the quick, simple kitchen. And with Tom in the world, I appreciate it even more when the preparation of a healthy meal does not take more than 20 minutes. :

Time for peppers

The pepper is one of the most popular vegetable varieties in Germany.

  • Rinse and drain the lenses. Finely chop garlic clove and onion.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic.
  • Add the lentils and goat's cheese after a few minutes and get hot. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Remove the lid of the peppers and remove the seeds. Use a spoonful to fill the lens mixture.
  • Place the peppers in a greased casserole dish and bake for about 25 minutes.
