Feta vegetables with pasta

So beautiful colorful and super delicious ... These great vegetarian vegetable noodles with feta make just happy.

I've cooked the recipe several times. I discovered it in an old cooking magazine from 2009, LISA Cooking & Baking.

At first, I was still skeptical about the cucumber.Finely chop garlic and fry with the diced peppers in a pan with a little oil. Add tomatoes and cucumbers and deglaze with the white wine. Stir in honey and simmer for 2 minutes.

  • Finely chop parsley and stir in the vegetables , then season with salt and pepper. Dice the feta into small pieces and fold in.
  • Now you just have to do the noodles with the feta vegetables.
  • Enjoy it!
